We’re Here To Help

Our staff dietitian is here to help take the mystery out of healthy eating! For more information or assistance with food allergies (dairy, wheat, egg, soy, peanut, treenut, shellfish, fish, etc) or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten, etc), students are invited to schedule a meeting with Jill Hamilton, MSEd, RD, LD, ATC, LAT, 936-468-1022, hamilton-jill1@aramark.com. Private consultations are a FREE service for SFA students who have a meal plan!

Where To Start

Allergies Guide Cover

We recognize various food preferences and allergies among a large campus population and are dedicated to meeting the nutrition needs of our students. Our goal is to provide students with the tools and support they need to utilize the dining halls safely and be active in the management of their food allergy or food-related medical condition on campus. For more information on special dietary needs, please click the link below.

Feedback Group

F.L.A.V.O.R. is a feedback group dedicated to helping individuals with all their dietary restriction and nutrition needs. It is open to anyone who eats on campus. We meet once a month and learn about dietary restrictions and other nutrition topics, enjoy free food samples, and make new friends. If you would like to know when our meetings are please e-mail hamilton-jill1@aramark.com or nutritionatsfasu@aramark.com
